What to do "when..."
9. WHAT TO DO "WHEN..."
The following table describes the inspections and procedures you may perform if your tool is not
working properly. If these instructions do not help in identifying or remedying the problem, please
contact an authorised service centre.
WARNING!: Turn off the tool and disconnect the power plug from the socket before troubleshooting.
When... Possible cause Remedy
The hedge trimmer
is not working
– No power supply
– Faulty power socket
– Damaged extension cord
– Check the power supply
– Try a different power socket, replace it
– Check the power cord and if necessary replace
